Mini flan!

Which will do for supper tonight. I really need a slightly larger perforated flan tin but so far haven’t found one. I was going to make this last night but after the traumas of getting stuck on the beach we decided a ready meal was in order.

Another damp grey day so not much opportunity to get any shots outside unless it was of either a lot of mud or a muddy spaniel!
