Had a good night’s kip, but managed less than I did yesterday.  I did make a good chicken soup for lunch from yesterday’s bones (etc), and its chicken and chips for tea.
 
A step forward with the old laptop - got it running on Linux and everything works I think.  Just need to make things permanent now and pick up the pieces.
 
Still not catching up with comments I’m afraid, but trying.  I know VERY trying . . .
