Early worms…

…Catches the gorgeous sunrise for a swim! Another fabulous morning meet up with my Mental Health Swims group. We were celebrating the amazing donation from Speedo of over £35,000 from our New Year dipping swim suit modelling campaign. I made a deliciously sticky Mars bar Rice Krispie caramel chocolate traybake to reward ourselves with afterwards.
