Hope

Busy day today. I had the first exercise class arranged by the physio I was referred to to try to relieve the knee pain I have. It was quite a sedate affair, it involved exercises sat on a chair and then some stood up holding onto the back of the chair. When I told my friend Claire she thought it was very funny. After that I met Pauline for lunch and a walk around the winter garden at Hilliers gardens where we saw these daffodils! What a joy to see that! I saw they are called First Hope and indeed they are aptly named being the first I’ve seen. It makes you think Spring may actually be coming.
