Frustration

We were getting through industrial quantities of fat balls last winter so I decided I really had to take action against the squirrels this year. The new feeder with its removeable baffle is working really well, although it did take the tits a while to work out that they could get inside the cage for their feast. This squirrel spent ages trying to access the fat balls this morning, and in this photo you can see he's got his nose in the hole at the top, and a front paw trying to pull up the top fat ball ... to no avail. Sorry, squirrel.
