Beginnings

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step". This quote, attributed to the ancient Chinese philosopher Lao-tzu is more accurately translated "A journey of a thousand leagues begins beneath ones feet". Whatever the translation, Mr. K and I decided during our time away that it is time we both stopped paying lip service to the idea of losing weight and get serious about embracing a healthier lifestyle.
