We have friends coming for a fish 'n' chip supper this evening and for pud I'm making a chocolate and fresh raspberry roulade.  The swiss roll part is out of the oven and looking good but when cool I shall have to flip it, spread it with whipped double cream and raspberries and then roll it - here's hoping it doesn't crack too much!
