Catkins at sunset

Alder catkins in total bloom (I spotted the first teeny-tiny reddish flower, do you ?) at sunset today. They have caused the first bout of hayfever this year but they are a hopeful sign that there will be Spring after Winter. For Tiny Tuesday, with thanks to Pinkhairedlady for hosting.
