Not a great day!

Rode my bike into York this morning but a flat tyre forced me to walk home. Five miles is a long way when you're pushing a bike and wearing inappropriate heeled ankle boots! My feet didn't thank me for that footwear choice! Fortunately I can rely on the resident bike mechanic for puncture repairs.

On the bright side I did spot this teasel by the roadside!
