Sunflower tree

Some years ago my husband planted sunflowers in the vegetable garden - they were just ordinary sunflowers.

The next year the seeds came up and they were amazing plants, we had one plant with over 160 flowerheads on it and it was 4-5 m high.

Since then these very tall branching sunflowers have continued to come up in various places round the garden, always with lots of flowers. This is the last one for the season.
