Attended a funeral today in Wigan

Incredibly sad but the celebrant did a very good job

The benefit of wearing a mask at a funeral is it soaks up all your tears and wet nose sadness when you were too disorganised to get your hankies sorted so they were at the top of the handbag. Decided trying to find them under half a pound bag of clove balls wasn’t going to end well.

Although I cried a lot it was probably one of the most positive ‘celebration of life’ funerals I had been to.
