Tarn Hows

Our first full day on holiday in the Lake District. First stop was Tarn How’s - always a favourite and a great place for a circular winter walk. Then on to Grizedale Forest, which is new to us. Did one of the rerouted Forest trails - lots of trees down to to a recent storm. Time then for a drive around to admire the scenery. Hardly any rain despite the forecast.
