Work in progress

I've embarked on a 'thread journal' with the plan being to stitch something every day. I am a newcomer to embrodiery, and it's all a bit messier than I'd like... also, it's tricky trying to get detail in something so small! But I realised that come the end of the year, I'll enjoy looking back on work in progress shots, so I'll pop one in my blips every now and then.

The whole circle is 12 inches, and I've got a bigger hoop this will be transferred onto.
