minimalist veg…..

the honey roast parsnip soup was really nice……this is one ingredient….

what a wonderful surprise this cold and bunny day was…beautiful white rooftops and i really noticed that the sun is getting higher…..it came much further in the room today…..what a delight….spring is on the way…it’s 4.30 and the lights are not on yet….hurray….

it is so wonderful living in Ashwood, when you’re poorly the staff does take rhe washing to the laundry…and bring it back clean and dry….such a blessing…..

i also had a visit from my pastor, which was a surprise blessing….
