Murphy was well and truly disappointed this morning to find me heading off without him, once I’d cleared the car of ice. I caught up with a friend for breakfast, we enjoyed good food and a good gossip. Murphy’s forgiven me now he’s had a trip to the park this afternoon. The heating’s on and the roast’s in the oven, just waiting for B and his girlfriend to arrive.
