Puddle, (half-)frozen

A sunny day, no fog, no rain, no wind. Nothing to complain about (but, now that I think about it, perhaps the cold ears I had....?).

After-work-walk right into the sunset and I turned around after admiring this big puddle on the fields.
There was a boy and his parents with dog right behind me and seconds after I took the photo the boy wanted to know if the puddle was frozen or not. He never found out, got stuck in the (not frozen) mud at the edge of the puddle, had trouble getting shoe and feet out and while trying fell over and landed - as long as he was - in the mud.
I'm bad, I know, but it looked so funny, I had to turn around and go away, laughing of course (his parents, too). I made similar experiences with mud on a field; I hope he found his shoes.....
