Stripy Sky, Frosty Roofs

Another morning when I got up and liked the look of the sky! I took this out the front in my dressing gown this morning. I did not hang around as it was very cold! There's an extra of the evening sky tonight taken through Grace's bedroom window at the front of the house!

My Dad had said he wanted to pick me up from home today to call at the care home to collect my Mum's rings. They have become too big for her as she had not been eating so much since the accident she had. (Though she's now back to normal and eating well, so they should soon fit again!)

I am full of cold caught from Brian and I decided it maybe was not wise to go to my Dad's at all today for fear of him catching this horrible cold, but he INSISTED on risking it. We went, and they only had two of her rings - I'd been told there were three! One of them seemed unfamiliar too! And the missing one is her wedding ring, which my Dad is not happy about! Something else to sort out!

I really hope my Dad doesn't catch this cold. It would really knock him for six, and I'd have to go there extra days again and I'm exhausted now!

When we went back to my Dad's place he needed me to go fetch some rice for him to have with his lunch. As I walked back I rang Hekmat - he had not come to the shop last night, so I did not know when the rest of my shifts would be. Friday and Saturday again! Thursday has also been added to that since. Sunday we will go to Jeri's or I think I'd have "won" that one too!

I'd forgotten what it was like to be so constantly bone weary all the time. Being under the weather anyway is not helping but even on a "normal" week it is hard!
