LiL Red

This brave little guy brightens our day whenever he ventures out in search of seeds and nuts from underneath the feeders. He’s greatly outnumbered by gray squirrels and mourning doves but he stands his ground and usually gets what he needs • He has a cute little habit of seeking shelter on top of our car’s front tire whenever he’s frightened. He’ll remain in place until the coast is clear, before returning to his eating. One of these days I hope to get a shot of him peeking out from his VW safe haven • Thankfully the temperatures are warming up for a few days. This morning was exactly zero (warmer than yesterday) and tomorrow will be a balmy 20 degrees warmer than today! Simply delightful :) • Stay Warm and Cozy!
