Loose weave

My excursion for a full day of forecast sun was much less successful than last week's. I was the only passenger on the science bus the whole way to its last stop halfway up the hill above Harwell village. I intended to walk up from the Diamond Light Source particle accelerator to the Ridgeway, but of course all the high-tech nuclear-, space-, nano-, super-material-, quantum, optoelectronic- etc businesses on the campus were surrounded by massive fences and I couldn't find a way through. 

I caught the bus back down the hill again.

Much too much time in buses, not enough time in the sun.
