All is not lost!

After several hours in the wonderful Apple store in Buchanan Street I have a phone that worked well enough to complete a backup of data! I also have a new phone! This is a picture of Mr L taken with my new phone camera! I need to play with the camera a bit to see what it can do!

I have to say, the staff in the Apple store were SO nice! I was there long enough to end up speaking with about half a dozen of them! They were really good- patient, cared, listened, knowledgeable, explained things simply, non-judgmental (important if you’ve done something stupid!). I really can’t praise them enough!
