What's going on?

The person in the middle, above whose head coffee beans are floating, is having a rant at the person on the right, who is staying calm and and wearing a bouffant hairdo, and maybe a bustle. The person on the left is observing. I see an eye, ear and nose.

Today I went into the city to see an exhibition with The Other M at the Museum of a Sydney. Shortly after I got off the train at Circular Quay I saw a spotted gum and took a photo.
