I love Macro!!

The quintessential spring flower in these parts, other than snow drops, is the Crocus. There's an abandoned house across from our building whose back lawn has 1000's. I tried all sorts of angles trying to capture the mat of purple and orange, but in the end the harsh sunlight led me to this blip. A sharp image of the plant's private parts, with a sexy-dance-shadow in the background.

Home Garden Blip Artistic license #2 - I also have Crocuses, but they are still under a 3" crust of hard snow-ice. Patience is not one of of my very few virtues...
