A warming broth

Eye doctor in Chelts General today and the session went well. My right eye is struggling a bit in the central heating so he has given me another drop for the rest of the winter.
It was home for me to make the Japanese style soup that John and Lisa made on their Saturday lunchtime show. We both loved it, the chilli, garlic and ginger had our sinuses clearing very effectively!
