A tree in what was a tree

Arnie has been spending a fair bit of time in the garden, cutting back and tidying up beds that have gone wild with all the rain we have had recently.

Our bird table, made from an old iron wood tree has become home for a tree of it's own. Not sure how much longer it will survive in such a wee space but no doubt nature will run it's course.

I took the first dose of my “help you to sleep” script last night. I had a great sleep but it was almost 11 before I felt that I was fully awake. I think I might have to skip a night here or there.
