Mushroom Ketchup...

... is a cooking ingredient used by many Victorian Cooks.   2 tbsps added to Steak & Kidney pies and puddings add a rich Mushroom flavour and it  also enriches the flavour and colour of soups, sauces and gravy.      I have used Mushroom Ketchup for a number of years but for some reason it's become difficult to find.   That's why I have two bottles.   I hate to be without it.
