Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 4b - Day 35

A frozen droplet, and icy ‘natural shapes’ in the bird bath in extras for Abstract Thursday 

Out in the garden first thing this morning looking for frosty blips. Had settled on the amazing natural shapes and colours in the frozen bird bath for Abstract Thursday, but in the end I couldn’t resist using this frozen droplet for my main blip, hanging from the Christmas tree, glinting in the sunlight.

A hard frost overnight that lingered all day in the shade, despite the bright blue skies and sunshine (unlike yesterday, no pea soup fog!). In the front garden in the sun 6 degrees, but in the back garden the temperature didn’t rise above 2 degrees this afternoon; double rations for the birds today!
