A portrait of flowers

It is my aunt’s birthday today so after work I popped into Lidl and picked up some flowers and some fruit to take round. I usually get her something for the garden but Lidl didn’t have any plants, so flowers it was! Was struck by the ‘giant’ grape hyacinths so had to be this bunch.

Her birthday present was my uncle coming back out of hospital. Bless him, he has been in and out over the Xmas period with suspected heart attacks. Every time it was a ‘no’ but also a ‘ no idea what’s going on, let’s send you home!’ Then last week he was so I’ll they kept him in and he’s spent a week there. Mind you still none the wiser about what is really wrong but he’s now in 6 loads of pills! He is 83 but have to say looked very frail for the first time. My aunt is glad to have him home though :-)
