Mural or graffiti?

Spotted this whilst at the dentist. I’m not convinced by it and not sure if it is graffiti or as I suspect a mural. Much as I love a bit of colour on an average January day, I think in this case the natural wall would have looked better.

After much irritation I beat Bradford Council’s robot into submission and have now lodged an appeal against my alleged parking ticket. Watch this space!

We have also both submitted out tax returns so all in all a productive day.
