Keeping an eye out

The parakeet was right up by the kitchen window, so an easy target for the grab and shoot. There were three of the birds on the peanuts and fat today.

Other good news:
- the post depot was open and I managed to pick up my Christmas coffee (the depot's been closed due to staff shortages for a couple of weeks)
- the sun shone
- FRED'S BACK! Juno is relieved that the routine can recommence – on my own, I'm all over the shop (breakfast at lunch, dinner at bedtime...)

Work was super busy today with a whole lot of odds and sods, and my machine failing to make PDFs by the end of the day. Gah! Still, nice to be kept on my toes.
