A beautiful blue day

It was a beautiful day to say our farewells to our son as he returned home. It has been so wonderful to see him again and the weather was as lovely as the day he arrived. We called in on my S-I-L briefly before dropping him off at the airport and I spotted this little bud in her garden catching the sun's rays. 
Tonight I returned to my studies to find myself the only student in the class with the Dean of the College - that kept me on my toes! But I 'think' I enjoyed the challenge!
