Fart hinder?

I went to IKEA of Vantaa today with my girlfriend to buy a little bit furniture. We borrowed a van to bring our purchases home. I thought to blip the van first, but when I was returning the car to IKEA I spotted this sign warning of a bump used to reduce speed). It's pretty much funnier if you think it as an English word than Swedish:)
