Back home again

Thomas is glad to be home again after his four days away - he missed the family and Murdoch. Murdoch was just happy to have extra attention again.

Dare I say it, but the sun is shining and it looks like a much improved day today - not so cold as it has been. I planned to go down to the river to get some photos of the swans, but I have been busy at home doing all sorts of chores - and having fun learning some new Photoshop techniques on Youtube. But I guess when I come to try them out I won't quite get them to work, that is what always happens to me.

I went driving with my eldest son today for the first time. He has only had 3 lessons so far and is so good - I guess that spatial awareness thing that reigns superior in males is true, much as I hate to admit it. Nothing seemed to faze him, from squeezing through the Saturday morning traffic in our village to driving 70 miles per hour on the A3. It will be so useful to have another driver in the family, I can't wait!
