Yesterday was another beautiful blue day with a very cold start, the grass crunched as l walked over it and the leaves still lying around looked as if they had been sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

Weatherwise: at 10am 1°, feels like 1. A high of 4.. a warning is out for people to curb violent exercise as the pollution levels rise (l may decide not to do my marathon run today)
