More dragonflies
We're staying in a delightful bed and breakfast in the regional NSW city of Dubbo. A feature of our guest cottage is a stained glass window of dragonflies. Which seems appropriate, following on from my Blue Skimmer blip yesterday.
Today we went to the Western Plains Zoo and to the Western Plains Cultural Centre which is showing an exhibition of photographs by Harold Cazneaux, who worked in Sydney and Adelaide in the early to mid 1900s. Thanks to MsPeahen who blipped about this yesterday.
Tomorrow we continue west on our road trip, heading for Hay in western NSW. We're told there is a problem with the closure, due to flood waters, of the major connecting highway. There are alternative routes - we're not too concerned.
