Crust
A bit of a lazy blip. I’ve taken loads of pictures today of/from bridges, of herons, of Gormleys and of psychedelic screensavers but I don’t like any of them. So it’s another loaf instead, not food-porn as one no-longer-followed blipper might describe it but a record of my endeavours to bake G’s Oatmeal Loaf and which was one of my starting attempts many moons ago. This has turned out pretty well, all the practice must be paying off.
It’s not a balancing act by the way, S always gets the first crust as the in-house crust reviewer.
