Succulent

A rather lazy day.  The knee that was sore after my walk yesterday got worse; I think I must have twisted it.  I could only get it comfortable in bed by lying on my back and when I sleep on my back I snore, so I wasn’t in W’s best books this morning.  It has gradually improved by resting it so I’m sure it will be fine in a day or two.

I decided to blip this plant; a succulent that was given to me by Pat, blipper Shygirl73, when I was up in Whitley Bay last November.  It’s not a flower but it will pass for the Flower Friday tag.  When she gave it to me the top two large leaves were about the same size as the little shoot which is coming up between them so it has grown well.  In fact, I’ve noticed that the length of the stem between those leaves and the ones below is rather more than the distance between any of the other leaves; I’m not sure whether that means I’m doing something wrong or something very right.  At least I’ve not killed it yet!
