Sunrise

It was a lovely start to the day, the mist quickly dissipated giving rise to a very sunny day.  I headed to the gym for a sprint cycle class then later in the morning it was a visit to the dentist.  The first stage of a crown fitting.  I was glad to get this done as my tooth had been slowly disintegrating.  Just one more visit in a few weeks time.

This afternoon I did a little weeding on the allotment while my husband was out on a bike ride with a cycling friend.
