All never runs smoothly in the path of true love and so it was today with the Cranes.

This is Ruby and she really was wanting a bit of attention. She was trying all her feminine wiles to entice him as he walked past! Leaping up and down, a bit of dancing, a lot of prancing, head bobbing, bottom wiggling, wing flapping and displaying - the signals could not have been clearer and more overt. Ruby did look gorgeous but.......Monty just walked on by!

May be as well for him really as Chris was king of the castle and chief nest builder!

Off they flew, leaving a whole mass of photographers agog with excitement once again!
