A lovely Friday. Great dog walk in the morning sun, kettle bells, faffing, bike ride, more faffing and then into Leeds tonight to meet good friends/ex colleagues Susan and Denise to celebrate S's 50th. Gorgeous Italian meal at Gino's with a few vino's.
