Amaryllis

I’ve had this amaryllis bulb on my windowsill for over a month, and FINALLY, I have a bloom!  I love watching the flowers slowly unfold. 
Grateful for…dinner at our favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Vaccinations were required and seating was spread out so we felt as safe as possible eating, and it sure felt good to get out!
