An early trip to London's Billinsgate market to get some fresh fish.
Got yellowfin tuna steak, halibut, sea bream fillets, langoustines, tiger prawns, squid and gorgeous scallops.
It was worth getting up at wee 3.30am to get to 5am opening.
Such an experience and when returned we had lovely breakfast, we could nor resist frying some tuna and scallops ... with some truffle oil, delish.
