Day for a spin?

I love Spin Saturdays, a day for chatting, relaxing, eating and spinning with friends. This was the first one I've made for a while and now I'm home I knew I did too much but hey ho will be fine after a rest. Well worth a wee bit of discomfort, thanks girls.
