Just 400 horses running wild....

When I first started driving the first truck was a GMC with a 300 horsepower motor with a 9 speed manual transmission. That combo got 6 miles per gallon. My favorite motor over the years was a 600 horsepower with a 13 speed manual transmission. That combo would fly up almost any hill at the expense of just 4 miles per gallon. This is the current engine. A 400 horsepower with a 12 speed automatic transmission. I have been averaging just over 9 miles to the gallon with it.

Between getting home real late, an issue with a customer than forced me to sleep in the truck and just life - is the reason I've been absent the last few days. Hopefully back to the birds on Saturday...
