2575. Friendly wee sparrow
We walked to the Marina Rubicon for the market which was much depleted and thankfully very quiet, we wore our masks all the time and kept our distance and most people did the same, it felt safe and well organised. I bought some fleecy pyjamas to take home for our Scottish winter temperatures!
I spotted these wee very tame sparrows at the restaurant we stopped at for a drink before walking home. They were so cheeky and appeared to “listen” very intently when I spoke to them!
cassnett will be delighted to hear that although the cat feeding stations have moved around, they are still here and there was plenty of food and water available for the many wild cats here.
There is a very large sprawling low level hotel being built very close to the marina causing much consternation here because there are so many, apparently it will be the largest hotel in the whole of the Canary Islands.
We had a lovely long walk but it was very breezy today and slightly cooler at 18 degrees but still very pleasant.
Just enjoying a G&T….
