Just fog

And by this mid afternoon point, it has hardly lifted. An occasional ray of January sunshine is trying to break through.

I needed a gentle stroll so I headed to Elford. No sign of the kingfisher. A few bluetits on the feeders, but mainly mist, mist and more mist.

It does have an attractive gentleness over the river.

On a positive note, it’s encouraging to see how many bulbs are pushing through….
