Walking through Veere

After this morning‘s training in the double, I was really cold. A warm shower and hot tea helped me warm up again.
After lunch the sun made another appearance, so we made the most of it. A long walk along the ‘Veerse Meer’ and in the polders behind the dike (see route map in the extra). We also crossed the lock across the canal and wandered around the little town of Veere. Normally heaving with tourists, but very quiet this afternoon.
