Horse parking
We went into Cheshire this afternoon for a walk around the Quinta Arboretum which was developed by Sir Bernard Lovell, the founder of the Jodrell Bank Observatory and radio telescope. The Arboretum provides links to an interesting footpath network in and around the Dane Valley which we left for another day. The local pub (very smart) allows walkers to park in their very large car park. At one end, there is ‘parking’ for four horses, to cater for the mid Cheshire set and their four-legged friends.
