I declare them done!

With coldwax and oil you can just keep going on and on, adding more layers, and at some point i need to say 'enough' for this one!  

I've been noodling with these 3 images this morning, while the storm got going outside....so wonderful to have my little painting area upstairs and cozy!   One way for me to declare a painting done is to pull off the tape that protects the edges of the paper.....you can see the pile of tape in the upper left hand corner.   this makes me commit to what is done is done....too much trouble to retape :)

It sure is storming out there!!!
