Oops upside your head….

I was on volunteering duties at parkrun this morning so I took H for a 5km run around the Linhouse Circular beforehand.

I was on timekeeping this morning and we had around 268 runners, walkers, plodders which was a great turnout.

Afterwards, MrsT and I took H for an easy stroll before a trip to the shops for supplies then I was ten pin bowling with the FiL for 2 hours and got home close to 8pm to see L who was now back from gymnastics.

Not that we see her much these days. She likes her chill out time in her room with the led lights, phone and tablet.
