Low tide. For the unfamiliar reader this is in our bay. When the tide is at its lowest it can be walked to, but you needs to time it just right so as not to get caught. More information here

Dental appointment this morning, so we popped to Hempstead Valley afterwards, managing to time the visit with Megan’s lunch time.
